3Com’s LinkBuilder TP/8 and LinkBuilder TP/12 hubs provide highquality connectivity solutions at entrylevel prices for smaller Ethernet networks that don’t require comprehensive management. Built for environments where space and network support are at a premium, the hubs are compact, reliable, and easy to install and use.

The LinkBuilder TP/8 is equipped with 8 RJ-45 10BASE-T ports and 1 BNC thin coaxial backbone port. A separate port can be used instead of the eighth port for cascading multiple hubs on the same segment.

The LinkBuilder TP/12 provides 12 RJ-45 10BASE-T ports and 1 port for a backbone connection using an optional Transceiver Interface Module. To improve performance, you can segment the LAN quickly and easily using the slide-in LinkBuilder Bridge MicroModule.
